Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), which started its education life in 1979 as the sole state university of the Turkey Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) has been renewing its data communications infrastructure with ZEMECS solutions since 2017. The University’s Category 5e and 6 cabling infrastructure is being replaced with Category 6_A unshielded and shielded products for data, IP telephony and security systems mainly running on PoE, PoE+ and UPoE. Infrastructure has been replaced in 6 different faculties until end of 2021.
